Returns & Exchanges

At Voguem, we take pride in offering high-quality fashion at affordable prices. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we are here to assist you.

Refund Timeline: Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5 to 7 working days after the return is approved.

Returns

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it under the following conditions:

• A return fee of ₹200 per product will be charged to cover pickup, handling, and logistics.
• Returns must be requested within 48 hours (2 working days) of delivery.
• The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging with all tags intact.
• To initiate a return, email us at shopvoguem@gmail.com with your order details.
• We do not offer a reverse pickup service. You will need to arrange the return and obtain an acknowledgment receipt from the courier.

Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please follow these steps:

1. Contact us at shopvoguem@gmail.com with your order number and product images.
2. Once verified, we will dispatch a replacement product immediately.

Exchange Policy

We do not offer refunds once a product is sold. However, you may exchange it for a different size, subject to the following conditions:

• Exchange requests must be placed within 48 hours of delivery.
• The customer is responsible for shipping costs for exchanges.
• The item must be returned unused, unworn, unwashed, and with original tags.
• Email us at shopvoguem@gmail.com with your exchange request.
• Only one exchange is allowed per order.
• If your preferred size is unavailable, we will issue a credit note for future purchases.

Cancellation Policy

• Prepaid orders cannot be canceled.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order by emailing us at shopvoguem@gmail.com.

By placing an order, the customer agrees to abide by Voguem’s return and exchange policy and accepts our final decision regarding cancellations.

Credit Note for Unavailable Sizes

If your requested size is unavailable, we will provide a credit note via email, which can be used for your next purchase on voguem.in within 30 days.

Partial Order Exchange

Eligible products can be exchanged within 48 hours of delivery. Some items may not be returnable or exchangeable.

Fit Issues

If you require a different size, request an exchange within 48 hours of receiving the product. If the requested size is unavailable, we will issue a credit note for future purchases.

Non-Acceptance of Returns & Exchanges

• Exchanges/Returns will not be accepted due to dissatisfaction with the material, color, or finish. Please review product details carefully before purchasing.
• Products with minor color variations (10-12%) due to screen resolution differences or lighting will not be eligible for returns/exchanges.
• Worn or washed products cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Items purchased from the SALE section are final and non-returnable.
